Simply bring the following to any of our branches:
- A certified copy of the business's trading license
- A minimum deposit of TZS 200,000 / USD 5 00 / EUR 4 00 / GBP 3
00
- A introduction letter from an advocate, registered audit firm,
existing customer of the bank or by another established
company that you have a business relationship with
- A business registration certificate
- Confirmation of address: Any document detailing your latest
business address in your name
For a partnership
- An extract from the company's registry.
- Your partnership deed or agreement
- Two passport sized photographs of each partner and
signatory
- Certified copies of each partner and signatory's' passport or
ID
For a Sole Proprietorship
- Two passport sized photographs of the proprietor
- A certified copy of the proprietor's passport or ID
For a company
- The Memorandum and Articles of Association (certified
copy)
- The Certificate of Incorporation (certified copy)
- A VAT or TIN Certificate (certified copy)
- The latest auditor's reports and accounts (certified
copies)
- A resolution from the Board of Directors to open an account
with African Banking Corporation, Tanzania Limited. This resolution
must be signed by the directors and authorising the signatories
with proper mandates to operate the account
- Two passport sized photographs and certified copied of IDs or
passports of all the signatories, directors and natural
shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares in the company
